I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Orozco. He graciously helped my friend move into a unit when I was unable to help her. He totally helped her unload her truck and move her stuff into a storage unit after recovering stolen items from an unwanted house guest in her deceased husband's home. This was a difficult time for my friend but Tom made this an amazing day for her. Thank you Tom! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

**make sure 1&2 star reviewers provide variety in reviews & ratings**nnWe've been renting a unit since November 2017. Still happy, expect to stay unless we must leave the area (or finally empty our unit!)nnLikes:n--Friendly & Helpful staff (especially when ALL other family members were inside & I forgot our code: gave several items unknown to general public to prove myself)n--Multi sized units, we're in one of the larger onesn--Ability to use own lock (not sure what the complaint is..?)n--I think access is close to 24/7, NOT staffed during all hours.nnNot Likes:n--Upper floors are warm.n---Yes it should be addressed better; I've been in one story places with the same problem.n--Cell phone communication (well, AT&T) does *not* work inside: I'd pay for one day Internet passes!n---We have a runner go down & outside to call/send texts when verifying X & Y not A & B is needed!!nnThe dead cell service is annoying, and can create a dangerous situation. I'm not removing any stars as I've not had a chance to discuss this with their management.nnTherefore I recommend THIS Facility.nn[FYI, If you have significant problems ANYWHERE *please attempt* to resolve & document this, before leaving a 1-star review]
