Took some time but they were able to deliver the day the tracking promised.
$70 OVERNIGHT fee; item due on 02/24. Shipped from CO to Ft. Worth on 02/23. Shipped to Oakland CA on 02/24. Oakland to Tracy, CA to Stockton, CA to Oakland. 03/02 shipped to Ft. Worth. AGAIN!!! Still no package.
Simple and friendly. Pull up to the gate, press the button and provide tracking number. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
Could they make it more difficult to pick up shipments. It's like they are storing gold here or military secrets. They don't even have signs to inform first timers how this nonesen works.
