Average storage facility. The initial sign-up process was painful - I thought they were gonna draw my blood! Pricing is a little high and seems to be increased more often than at other facilities.
The attendee was very knowledgeable.
The location manager Lance, and Heather, have made the whole experience with Life Storage fantastic. It's already hard enough to be in a situation that requires you to put your children's and your belongings in storage, but to have genuinely good people help to make that experience much more positive is rare. I originally went there because they are much more affordable than pretty much anyone if you want climate controlled and secure storage units. So to have them make that reason nothing next to their stellar customer service and genuine kindness, it's an experience that I am glad I have the good fortune of sharing.
5-star customer service. Friendly, and professional staff go out of their way to assist. Lance, the store manager and Brittney provided helpful, top notch service. Made an otherwise stressful move easy. Great storage facility....exceptional staff!

The on-site staff was great to work with.nnNegative: The only reason I moved is because the rates jumped up significantly after the first year and the mandatory insurance per month seemed excessive for just storing some boxes and random furniturennWanda was great to deal with and I think she moved locations. I wish I had more employees like her. The new manager that took over for this location is just as nice though!
