The rates are what got me in the door since I needed a quick and cheap unit. The manager was friendly and got my paperwork processed quickly. Only issue I ran into was that I requested a drive-up unit and didn't find out until it was too late that I got one you can only access from the inside, so that's a bit of a hassle. He was willing to correct it, but I didn't have time to stick around.
I have to say Life Storage grounds is very clean and well kept up. The office people are very friendly and easy to talk to. They also made it easy for with our transaction with the mile on the truck. Thank you so much Tracy and the other guy for everything.
Went today for the first time to store some of my belongings. The staff are super nice and they are all helpful. I would totally recommend this place for storage need. They have easy car access too.
Highly recommend. Everyone in the office and over the phone is super-friendly and helpful!! The staff tailored and found the right unit(s) for our specific needs—and doing business/paperwork was quick and easy.
