The chicken strips were great, with the light fluffy batter that I was hoping for. The spicy sauce sauce was good, but I felt like it was missing some kick. Hopefully they add in an extra spicy option!
Normally love the chicken but last night it seems they were low on flats and drumlettes and exchanged that with large drumsticks. Also the pickled radishes tasted pretty off and not as crunchy.nnNot sure if it was the cook time or what, but this made my gf and I both very ill. Woke up in the middle of the night in a pool of sweat and wrenching stomach cramps. As Im typing this my stomach is still churning bad.
Basic Korean chicken was expecting better but sauces were minimally placed and not very fast either.
my go-to spot that has never disappointed me but today i placed an hour at 6pm and when i arrived, i never got a text saying my order was ready. so we sat there for over an hour and when we finally decided to go inside to ask about it, they said they never recieved my order even though i got my confirmation text saying they did. then they found out my order had been ready and sitting there for over an hour.
First time there, friendly staff took my order, helped me out with a menu, however it took me 15 to 20 mins for me to decide. Found out was 30 mins after lunch special when I made up my mind. I guess the manager was the one who told me I'm too late for lunch special. I think he could have been a little more customer service orientated, was kind of harsh to me for a new patron who didn't know and the time flew by. Wanted to try new experience but wasn't willing to pay the higher regular entree for something I've never tired before and the approach on being late to order lunch when order was already taken did help to influence my decision. Maybe next time if around the area before 2:30 pm and have an idea what I want.
