I've ordered from this place 4 times in the last two weeks and they never get my order right.nnI ask for something as simple as no onions of my burritos, and they have onions all in it.nnI ask (and paid extra for) steak instead of ground beef on my tacos, and no lettuce. They give me lettuce and ground beef.nn4 times in a row, they can't follow instructions.nnHave ordered from the AW Grimes store a mile further and they have not gotten my order wrong as of yet. The late night staff needs to either be retrained or they need to pay attention to orders.

The crew did an outstanding job with our order. Although the line of cars started at the front of the restaurant, they took and completed the orders of the dozen or so cars ahead of me in a very timely manner. As I said before the order was as I requested and the food was well prepared. I am impressed with the team at this location, good job everyone.

Ashley the manager of this location is extremely rude! Please retrain her on speaking and interacting with the public and her customer base. Will never frequent this location again. Please consider some diversity training also as I am not sure if her tone was due to me being African American.
