I had 4 bedroom, living room, hallway, closets and stairs steam cleaned. The job was excellent. I was very satisfied. John was very informative as to what I needed to do so that the carpet would dry quickly. He was very efficient got the job done in very little time. I was very grateful and thankful. I would definitely use him again.
We had a large coffee+creamer spill on our carpet, and thought it would have to be replaced. But a friend referred us to John at Certified Cleaning & Restoration. He arrived early the next day as scheduled, and worked diligently to get the stain out. Now we can't even see where it was. Excellent service and value.
John did a great job with our water damage remediation! He was quick to respond and kept us informed every step of the way. He helped make sure we had all of our photo documentation to assist with the insurance claim process. I hope we never have another water damage emergency, but if we do, John will be my first call.
John cleaned our carpets. They came out great. He was upfront about the expected outcome for our older carpets. He really made them look good. I would highly recommend his work & work ethic.
John saved the day for us. Had a leak that had caused some damage water all over the laundry room and bedroom and needed help quick. He was very professional and just down to earth felt safe leaving him in my home to work. The damage was taken care of and he even explained everything we needed to know about the work and the process both with him and our insurance. Hope you dont ever need him but if you do call John you wont be disappointed.
