The packages were quick to ship but I am writing this review about the company, not the product (still shipping). I ordered 2 items from Kate Spade Surprise sale. The funds were charged to my account. 1 day later, they charged my account again. I emailed them and they said this is normal and only 1 charge is showing up on their end. Another day later, they charged my account AGAIN. I have never seen this from any other company EVER. So I have 2 unnecessary charges and at this point I hope I get 3 of each item in the mail to justify these charges. Thanks Kate Spade. Surprise sale was a scam, these 3 charges make it regular price.

Wife wanted to stop in, staff were mostly friendly. The lady greeting in the front didn't seem interested in being there, but the lady checking us out made up for her. People were quite a bit happier to talk to us after purchasing quite a few items.
