The people at my Safeway Rx are the best! I’ve been a customer for several years now and have seen some new people come in, always helpful and polite. Staff will look for discounts for you if available. Thumbs Up ud83dudc4dud83cudffe!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff. The assistants will go way out of their way in case there is an issue with the prescription and the prescription themselves are promptly made ready.
Service is fine, way overpriced compared to other nearby pharmacies. Convenient location and nice staff, but because of the rip off pricing I'll go elsewhere.
Worst-organized pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Pharmacists just didn't seem to care about the customer experience.nnDidn't enroll me in text reminders when they said they would, which resulted in me sitting outside waiting for my medication for an hour. The lady behind the counter didn't seem to care about that. Then they made me wait another 15 min mixing my medication. The cherry on the top was they kept on refilling the medication when it didn't need to be refilled.
Prepare to wait for an eternity. Prepare to not have your order ready when you show up.
