I had a custom ring made at Christmas time and it was the best experience ...non stressful and perfect quality you could ask for and more living out of state...not being there. Cassie, for all your time you spent on it looking for a second option that worked and saved me money. Your customer service is something YOU do not find much anymore these days...I take my hat off to you for a job well done...following through to the end! Joe, and his impeccable creative work he has done and getting the job done on time before Christmas! It was a jaw dropper when we opened up the box! Also the previous work you have done for me has always been the best! Thank you again.

I have been going to J West for years. They were the only jeweler, my husband and I could find, willing to work on large Invicta watches. Recently my son needed a wedding ring. He wanted to wear his father's. We unexpectedly lost my husband a few years ago and I always told my son I would wear his Dad's ring until it was time for him to cherish it. My son and I went into J West and had his Dad's ring and his old, worn gold chain. Joe, J West owner, came out from his work bench and ran ideas and designs by us. He spent a solid hour just helping us decide the perfect wedding band. Joe sized the original white gold band, melted the yellow gold necklace and created two bookend bands with that. The design was the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. Needless to say we were all in tears....my husband would be so proud to see his son wearing this. J West has helped us pass this much cherished item to the next generation with it's own unique look. They are truly kind, helpful, and customer friendly. Jewelers are hard to find these days and a true craftsman with good people are even more so. Thank you J West.

Amazing experience. I had my wife’s wedding ring repaired after nearly 20 years of marriage. They were finished a day early, at a great price, with amazing staff. When I gave her the ring she instantly started crying tears of joy. Said it looks better now then it did on our wedding day.

What an amazing experience! We had a custom made wedding band set to match the contours of the engagement ring and Monica was amazing every step of the way! They listen, suggest and deliver.
