They don't know customer service here. Had to pull helpfulness out of lady E and Manager. Other lady associate was not personable either, just trying to make a quick sale. No one here is customer oriented; will not be returning to this store.
Jackie is really rude, whispering stuff under her breath. Raised her voice when I asked her if a soft or hard inquiry is done when they apply for financing. “There is no inquiry done!” Tossed my ID on the counter when she was giving it back.

OMGGGGGGG I'm super done with METRO PC, super disappointed. Switched to sprint 5 unlimited lines for $100 plus free phones. No contract, no social needed. Plus I got $500 in my A+ credit union account in time for the holidays. If you're tired of paying too much i advice you to go to sprint off 79 and red bud @round rock and ask for zainab.
Jeanne, a sales rep there, is really great! She's very informative and friendly, too.
