I always send my students here, but I was very anxious to bring my (extremely expensive) professional instrument here.nI was having a lot of issues and had many projects coming up and recordings to do. Travis fixed my flute just as exceptionally as the person who I usually bring it to, was much cheaper, and explained everything that was happening in the process.nI particularly appreciate him not making me feel guilty or bad for not bringing it in sooner, because I've had that happen before. (It was hot mess and a LOT of things needed fixed)nThank you so much, it sounds great!!!

My daughter had her flute go down days before competition. The folks at BTN got her up and running same day. I know they can't always do that, but it was perfect timing and grateful they were able to do so. They also do wonderful work! Check em out!
