I’ve been a customer over one year . Customer service was great when i actually went in the store to purchase merchandise . However when you call the store ,customer service is not so great . I called a week in advance before my payment was due to change the payment date through out the remainder of my lease due to new pay dates . The guy i spoke to originally said everything was changed in the system and confirmed the new pay dates . They took money out when my payment wasn’t due . I spoke with Cindy and she isn’t very nice . Her response was “ well it’s Saturday i can’t give you your money back call back Monday , and $54 isn’t a lot “As i did call back Monday and she claimed my money would be back in my account 3-5 business day . My money was never refunded . I’m very understanding , however the lack of customer service and the rudeness is very uncalled for especially being their mistake !nn4/3/2021 Two months later and I’m still having trouble with this place the general manager Keith is beyond rude . Also I’m not understanding when special arrangements are made on people’s account why isn’t there notes on files ?Per Andre a store manager my payments aren’t due to the end of each month . We agreed 2 months ago that instead of ez pay he would call me and payments would be made over the phone . Andre did his part and called me , however we constantly played phone tag and i wasn’t able to get in touch with him or anybody else in the store . The phone would just ring and ring when i called . I was able to get a hold of the general manager Keith on Friday 4/2 , i let him know the arrangements on my account and i was needing to make a payment he stated multiple times that i was late more than 15 days which wasn’t the case . He gave me a payment amount that didn’t seem right so i told him since Andre knows the amount I’ll need him to call me back . The next morning at 8:00 Keith called my phone rudely demanding payment and said Andre was nobody and couldn’t make arrangements on that account . It seems like the customer service at this store just sucks all the way around ! I’m over this place and will never make a purchase ever again . Recorded phones call definitely need to be apart of this place . No one should even call their employee “nobody”.!

Just the worst experience ever! Keith the manager is very unprofessional. They took forever to pick up my couch. They stole money from my account they just have the worst customer service.

Bought a new washer and dryer from this Aaron's. Jose was really pleasant and informative. The approval process was super easy and no payment up front. Decent selection and found a set within our budget. Will return for more purchases!
