As always, dealing with MB of Georgetown has been an excellent experience. The Service Department was great as usual. My Service Manager (Jarrod Dozier) was ready when I arrived confirmed the items I needed them to look at. I turned around and my loaner was waiting for me. I received a video from the mechanic working on my car detailing what he found during his inspection and asked me to contact Jarrod and approve his work. Finally, I received a call from Jarrod telling me my car was ready. I arrived and signed the work order and paid for the work..... in and out in 10 minutes. Great Job to the people in the Service Department!

We just purchased my dream car from a dream team. As a gift for being on the survivor side of a recent breast cancer journey, this car is beyond special to me and a symbol of courage and strength. Thanks to Jolene and Troy for making the buying experience effortless. Thank you Troy for your care and compassion and kindness. You are top notch! If you are looking to buy your dream car, the drive out to Georgetown is well worth it.

Jeff was personable, friendly and efficient.nAll is good.nJeff, was out when I happened to drop by. But he is always good and runs a good tight shop. Kyle checked me in so I was following up with him, he did a great job too as well as David who did the work and went on a test drive with me to check out a noise it used to have . All are friendly, thorough, and good. As you would expect at Mercedes. Thank you

I took my 2010 Mercedes to the service department at the MB of Georgetown. My service advisor, Jarrod Dozier, was helpful from the beginning and walked me through the process of running diagnostics and how to treat repairs and costs. Unfortunately, my vehicle was ready to go to car heaven because the repair costs were valued higher than my car's worth. I spoke with Jarrod about options to pay for the vehicle repairs because I was in denial and wasn't ready to take on a car payment and he told me about a financing option the MB offers. Jarrod also suggested having my car appraised and asked if I'd considered trading the car in or speaking with someone. I was hesitant at the idea because my previous experiences with dealerships had been awful. I always felt pressure to buy or rushed during the process and wasn't excited about the idea. I finally accepted the offer and had the pleasure of working with Charles Ball, a sales consultant, not a car salesman. Charles was very helpful like Jarrod and gave me all the information I could need. He discussed my car needs, the amount I wanted to spend, my car payment, etc. and didn't miss a detail for this important purchase. He walked me through the car lot inventory and we narrowed down the perfect vehicle for my family, a 2019 Honda with only 6000 miles and a very affordable car payment. This car had all the features that I was looking for and many that I didn't know I'd appreciate weeks after my purchase. Charles was helpful throughout the process, wasn't pushy or pressuring, and seemed to genuinely care. Charles even showed me what warranties that were still available and went above and beyond to call a Honda dealership and speak with someone about what the warranty covered. He continued to check-in time and time again after my purchase and just wanted to ask how I was enjoying the car. When my wife is ready to purchase a new car, we're going to Charles Ball at MB of Georgetown and would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

I had been shopping around a little bit before landing on Mercedez Benz of Georgetown. I have to be honest and say, what made me stay doing business at this location was working with TROY WILLIAMS in Sales. He was upfront, fair, and I truly felt he had my best interests front and center. Troy was patient in comparing vehicle features, he was response in returning calls, and just overall very pleasant to work with.nnWhen done with sales, I moved on to financing with AARON ISMAIL who was was just as professional and knowledgeable. Aaron broke down my financing options, and explained the numbers clearly. I never felt rushed, or that anyone was trying to sell me things I didn't need, but rather, helped to keep me within my target budget.nnMy positive experience wasn't over without a car feature overview with DUSTIN. Dustin is the guru of explaining all the ins and outs of the vehicle, and ensured I left knowing how to work all the new features of my car.nnI wanted to take a moment to share my experience, because it was rare. Every team member I encountered (Troy, Aaron, Dustin) really gave me that white glove treatment. Amazing team right there!
