Krystal was awesome! I went in with a list of vehicles from their website that I wanted to look at. It turned out that they had both just been sold, but she quickly found several others that met our needs. She's very knowledgeable on the vehicles and their features (She's a big-time car geek in her off time, so this is something she's passionate about.)nnThe whole purchasing process was quick and painless. Krystal went above and beyond with follow-up, scheduled our first service, and then made sure everything went well.nnThis was by far the best and easiest car buying experience we've ever had.nnThe first service was great as well, and they even sent us a video from the technician walking us through the work that he'd done.
Awesome experience. First time bringing my car in for service. Drove right up w/no wait & Richard took care of us. Got us out of there super quick! Rick, my sales guy, even came out to check on me & answer some questions I had. Great dealership w/outstanding staff & amazing customer service! Highly recommend to anyone!!!
My experience was great, I felt very comfortable! I did not feel bullied into buying a car the way most dealerships make you feel. Jeff was great with negotiating a price for me & valuing my trade in, he did his very best! & Rick was so kind & a VERY knowledgeable salesman. He helped move my things over to my new car. I use to DREAD going to car lots. That was not the case this time. The easiest and fastest car buying experience I ever had. I'm a heavily tattooed woman that doesn't always get that top priority service. I never felt that at Roger Beasley. Everyone was so professional and friendly and extremely accommodating. I texted my sales rep Adel when I got home around 9pm and he called me right away to answer my question. The rebates were great and you can't beat that 0% financing. After 6 months of researching online I'm so happy I chose to buy from Roger Beasley. Best car experience ever!!
I dealt with Alexandra and she did not have the color vehicle with the options I wanted. Before I got to the dealership she arranged to have one brought in with 100% of the specs, features and color that I wanted before I even arrived. Painless experience. Great attitude and also got my windows tinted same day as purchase. Great experience and would definitely buy again.
