Great dealership experience. I wasn't really looking for a new car but they had a car on their lot and decided to check it out. Test drove it and loved it (even though it isn't a VW). Drew is an amazing salesman and wasn't pushy or made me feel uncomfortable at all. The whole process was easy and fast. Definitely ask for Drew and get a great experience from him.

I brought my Passat here to have some repair work done, and clear up some long-neglected recall items that needed attention. The staff was very courteous and kept me updated every step of the way, taking care of all of the issues quickly. I needed shuttle service to get to work and back to the dealership. My drivers both times were very safe and gave me a very nice ride. The cost of repairs was a lot less than I was expecting, too.nnI would recommend making an appointment for service here as they do get pretty busy, and if you are needing Volkswagen service, I would gladly recommend a visit here.

Used my fairly new Atlas all-wheel-drive during the snowpocalypse and the handling on ice was superb! Virtually no slippage! Service department during my first oil change displayed first rate customer service too! Couldn't be happier with my whip or dealership! Thanks guys!

I had such a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from Hewlett VW. My sales person was Ivan. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. He made sure I got a deal I can live with and got me into my dream car. I wish I would have gotten the finance manager's name, but he was amazing and went above and beyond to get me into my car. I highly encourage everyone to go see Ivan and purchase a vehicle.
