If I pay $5.45 for a drink (plus tax) and forget to tell the barista “easy on the ice” why is it okay to fill my cup all the way to the top with ice so I get a whole seven sips?? I feel ripped off. Especially cause this has happened more than once. And I’m not exaggerating- I got a whole seven sips of coffee and then it was gone.
The place was nice and clean. Staff friendly. The egg, bacon sandwich was ice cold. I will continue to stick with ordering the pastries.
I get breakfast at Starbucks every morning. Usually they are consistent and it always great. This particular morning (Which was my B-Day) it was awful. I ordered a croissant sandwich which was luke warm on the edges and completely frozen in the middle. My matcha green tea frap was like watery tea. By far the worst experience I have ever had.
My daughter and I go to this location quite frequently and always speedy service and reminds me when i have points i can redeem on my app..
We go here almost every day. The entire team has great personality and very competent! No miss fires on the difficult orders we tend to give them! And they still smile!!!
