The staff is wonderful, nice, and patient. The service is very quick and I’m not even exaggerating! The coffee taste delicious! My favorite is the Jack hammer. We ordered our coffee and walk to the outside patio, then few seconds after we sat down they called our name saying it was ready. So it took like less than 4 minutes. Maybe even less than 3 minutes.
I’m from Oregon where Black Rock is originated and it’s so nice to have a slice of home here in Texas. I missed infused energy drinks SO much and Black Rocks Fuel is great! It’s a great sub because I can’t drink coffee. I’m glad they made a location closer to me because I can’t drive up to the other location very often. Everyone I’ve met there is v kind:)
The atmosphere is great, customer service is awesome, and the employees always seem to be in a great mood! The best coffee I've had so far, there's not a thing that I dislike on the menu. AMAZING!
I always get an iced vanilla latte when testing a new coffee shop.nnTheirs is smooth, creamy and milky, with a slight tang of bitter sweet coffee. It's great.nnMy only gripe is that the person at the window vocally asks for a tip, which is super cringe. Seriously?
First of All, I want to say that Javier is wonderful! He is very friendly and great customer service. Kudos for him. I love the coffee, my fave the iced caramel truffle.
