Staff was helpful and got my drink quick. And after a lot of walking and no shopping, a cold brew was all I needed. Has some benches outside and bask in the sun and do people watching.
I love going here everytime I visit the mall. The service is great and very nice people! Ya'll are amazing!!
I had my elderly dog in a shut stroller (and on a leash) inside this Starbucks. While waiting in line, a female employee came up to us and rudely said that she’s the manager and if the dog is not a service dog then I cannot be in here with him. Her tone was very rude and almost discriminative. I have always taken my elderly dog in the same shut stroller to many Starbucks locations and never once was treated so rudely. I felt discriminated against at this location. Maybe Starbucks need to teach this “manager” to greet first and talk nicely (and politely) with the customers.
Rude cashier, tall guy with color splashes in his hair. Threw my change at me!!! Zero excuses for that type of customer service.
You can't even talk to these people and ask a question they get serious attitude
