Chase Bank

They are never open at 8 or 9 for drive by banking on my way to work. What is the problem?

I initially opened a checking account with Chase bank due to the checking bonus of 200 when you open an account with them. The criteria for receiving the bonus is directly deposit minimum of 500 through your direct employer within 60 days of opening, deposit at least 25 on opening day, and you would receive the bonus within 10 business days. I opened the account in October, and I have not received the promised bonus. I had mentioned it to the personal banker on opening day, but now they are saying that I should have presented a coupon at the time of opening. (The personal banker never mentioned about presenting a coupon-despite the fact that is why I told them I had chosen their bank). I have emailed this personal banker with no response, which shows of lack of professionalism but also a lack of communication from this particular branch. I finally reached out to the branch manager, C.P. and after a few days of waiting he stated that their was nothing they could do. Chase a bank through JP Morgan should have better training for their staff. This definitely displays a lack of communication with this branch but also the company as a whole. I will be reaching out to either customer service/or someone up higher/federal reserve complaint in regards to this particular branch. It is a shame that a bank like Chase is unable to satisfy the needs of new customers. Obviously they are looking for new customers, hence they have added a bonus to open a new account with them. They have completely given me a bitter taste to their company, and particularly this branch. Word of advice: Go to another Chase Branch where they communicate with you in a honest and professional manner.

The lobby ATM can dispense 1's, 5's, and 20's, saving time when needing money for change. The bankers are very willing too hello with using the more powerful ATM as well.

**TERRIBLE SERVICE**nBad enough they closed drive thru and teller services inside. I needed a Notary which is a service I greatly appreciated in the past (no charge for their customers). Instead Donna Sledz the only person who does notaries did not have time to help me and suggested I should go down the street to the UPS store and pay $12. Sad that Chase isn't hiring employees who want to help their customers the way they used to.

I visited yesterday evening and today morning around 10 am. The same man over there has a strong motive to not to help any of chase customers. Just went to other chase branch and greeted me with welcome and helped me what other branch told they can't
