Had to run to the bank during my lunch break. They teller was nice and very helpful. I needed to get a money order to ship certified and I was in and out in just a couple minutes! Very clean inside as well! Not much parking available because of neighboring business but that could have been due to lunch time.

I love the staff here especially Paul. He always take care of any genuine issues we have. If he can't help he tells us exactly what to do or provide reasoning. Place is always clean. Someone is always there to welcome you with a smile.

I went to have a document notarized and I was told I have to make an appt, all bankers were “booked” yet I could see a banker sitting at his desk. They recommended I go to UPS or FEDEX to get my document notarized. Thanks for nothing! I’ve been a customer for 20 years, maybe I should take my business elsewhere.

I have no words to describe this customer service the worst experience ever please avoid this Bank and go to a different location. I tried to deposit my comcheck and this rude gentleman who works in this bank refused to do it because it was 5:50 p.m. on Friday and they're closed at 6 p.m. This is not the way how you treat your customers Chase Bank !!!

This location is welcoming to resolve issues per customer and are not only fast but efficient in their approach. I was looking to get a new debit card for my account due to unauthorized charges on the old one and Karen Hernandez was an Extreme example of Great customer service. Not only did she cancel my old card, but she submitted the claim in real time for the unauthorized micro-charges at the same time communicating with me for updated information. This visit was less than 15 minutes, sheesh!! At the times we are in around the world, it really doesn't get any better than this. Please, don't chase your bank, Bank with Chase.
