Scheduled a massage a little over a week in advance with Juan. They called me a few days prior to my massage to let me know Juan was sick and they could reschedule the massage or book me with another therapist. I asked to be booked with another therapist. The day before my massage they called and said that the new therapist, Ginoveva, wanted to focus on her personal business and school work Friday and decided to cancel our appointment so they'd need to reschedule me. I'd taken the day off so rescheduling wasn't an option for me and, of course, I was frustrated they couldn't keep their appointments and asked me to accommodate their issues repeatedly. Luckily, I was able to book a last-minute appointment with Elements Massage down the road.

Went to the Massage Envy in Round Rock yesterday to use a gift card for a massage.nMy entire visit was great and I really feel the relief from my massage. Thank you Corra

Lee was exactly what I wanted and needed! He listened to exactly what I was looking for out of my massage and delivered beautifully! I walked out so so glad I went. I will be going back to him in a few weeks! Thank you thank you!!!

I saw Lee today and it was the best massage I've had in years. I'm a stylist in a salon and spa and have had several different massage therapist work on me before. He is one of the best I've ever had. If I wasn't married I would stalk him.

In order to get a time weekend time slot, had to book several weeks in advance....only to be canceled on the day before. For me - they offered nothing. But everything i book they remind me that if I cancel I will be charged. Double standard!! Then when I try to book - they are weeks out. Here is where I am confused, every time I go in...there is like 3 people working with over 10 empty rooms! It is not like they are that busy! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh....I guess people do not want to work there!!! Makes total sense after I have had to deal with the Management!!!
