I am on the La Vida membership plan and I get a massage monthly. They have been great. During my massage I often slip into a dream state and have drifted off to sleep a few times. I always leave LaVida in a very, very relaxed state of mind.
It was a great first experience with LaVida. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The massage therapist (Lyn) listened and did check-ins to make sure the massage was to my liking. The pressure applied was just right.
Thieves. Take money and ultimately do not provide a service. Employees misinformed about how my account credits work and when they shutdown due to the Rona virus, they told me my account was on “hold.” In fact, they cancelled my account and I lost over $300, they were happy to take and keep my money with no resolution offered. Literally just stole my money. Now that employee is not working there and they blame me for misunderstanding as if I am just rolling so deep I can afford to just throw away $300+. Ridiculous. A good company would have allowed me to use the credits I purchased understanding the dilemma and how them shutting the place over the virus would cause a problem. Many other massage places. Don’t go here.nnOh, and I tried to email these folks at the address they provided on the response but it rejects the email. They are total full of s*#+. pflugerville.tx@lavidamassage is a fake email.
I loved it ! My boyfriend & I just got a 60 minute massage & it was amazing. Definitely worth every penny, they took excellent care of us .
Calm environment. Friendly therapist. Great massage.
