Haven't tried the service but customer service could improve! Rude compared to the other rental services out there.

We had an awesome experience on Lake Travis with Garrett today. The boat was comfortable, well-kept, and clean. Garrett was friendly and knowledgeable and made our day perfect. The huge lily pad is a definite perk! Will definitely recommend Wave in Water to friends traveling to Austin!

I use Wave in Water for my daughters birthday. New boat that comes with Lilly pad and tube. Captain Angel tube 11 kids 3 hours straight. Kids had a blast. Nice roomy pontoon with lots of power for tubing.
