My grand daughter went there last year 2015/16 and I found that teacher don't contact parents/grandparents until there is an issue. But once I registrar for the parent portal to view grades and assignment that issue wasn't a problem. But what I did like is that students have every opportunity to better a falling grade, improve a low or get a better understanding of a course threw tutoring and the school bus is available for children without rides.

So far great school but one thing I don't like about it is they are very unorganized. Who sends home a notice about a child going on a trip with the school 2 days before they go on the trip. Seriously who does that? Not onlythat they sent home the notice about school pics 3 days before time, like seriously suppose i don't have money these things? Do better on notifying the parents of upcoming events. Send home information earlier like a week or 2 before the event.

This is school needs to learn how to actually connect with students rather than yelling and leaving them in the dirt. Teachers here don’t hear people out rather than a few, and those few end up leaving in a year or so since they don’t know how to not stay stressed with kids behaviors. By the way, there are fights almost like every other week and they get petty physical so if you want your child going here just warn them not to mess with wrong crews.

From my perspective, as a former Teacher's Assistant, I think that the Elementary School is great. (Pre-K - Grade 3) I saw from behind the scenes how- at least some of the Teachers- made sure every student was reaching toward their own potentials. Students who weren't getting a particular lesson were given the benefit of the doubt automatically- the Teacher assumed first that it was their method that was ineffective and worked using new techniques and specialized plans to ensure every student was learning.nThe teacher's that I observed were working hard, consistently continuing work after school hours and being very creative to assure their students' success.nIf it is possible I would certainly send my children there.

This school is really bad, I've been here once and the school is again very bad. Fights happen like 3 times a day, the administrators don't really care when something bad happens I'm very happy that I moved away!!!
