I use the Round Rock Thrive clinic and take all of my animals there for general care ... all of the veterinarians I've met so far have been absolutely wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable, and show true caring for our animals. Additionally, the staff, from the front desk to the veterinary techs, are also very professional, caring, and truly love our animals. My basset hound is so 'extra' emotional and they show such patience with him... I have been meaning to write this review since March of 2020 when I took both of my dogs there for their annual shots and teeth cleaning evaluation. The teeth cleaning was done in May of 2020 on my basset hound... truly wonderful affordable veterinary clinic in the area and worth a visit....

Really enjoyed the vet techs who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my dog there twice and the Vet I got both times was very condescending and rude. I left both times feeling really awful. Paid for heartworm medication they didn’t have. Ended up asking for a refund and my pets medical records to go to a new place. I will say the other Thrive I went to at Great Hills in Austin was great.

The staff were amazing, especially Kat. My dog is extremely frightened by new people and she took the time to make sure he felt safe. They took me as a last minute booking after another vet fell through for today. I asked them about adding something to his exam and vaccine regimen. Rather than them just agreeing to do the additional work they took the time to find out why I was requesting the service. They educated me on why it would be best to hold off and gave me things to look for that would require a follow up visit. Extremely glad they didn't try to up sell me just to make a little more money. For me, this Thrive is a little further out than I would normal go but I am glad I did. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new vet that this is the place. Thanks again

I have been taking my pets to the Round Rock Thrive location because of their great customer service and wonderful staff. I feel my pets are truly cared for. I appreciate all that they do. Along with affordable, quality care this is overall a great vet!
