H-E-B Pharmacy

I have been a customer for over 12 years and they never disappoint. The pharmacy it top notch and the staff friendly and concerned. I love my HEB and have no complaints.

The staff has changed and the customer service is very poor. Here is list of the current problems. Please excuse the wall of text and any grammar errors as I am extremely irritated.n* In the past the pharmacy called me when my insurance provider rejected a order this time they did not call when it was rejected.n* I went to the pharmacy and the cashier did not inform me of any problem she just rang it up as a cash deal, I asked her to call the provider she agreed and told me to come back in the past they would make the call while I was in the store.n*I reeceived a text informing me the order was ready when I went the store they informed me they cancelled the order and put it back on the shelf still no call informing me of this.n* I called the next morning and was told needed to call the provider as they do not call providers, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they could call the provider.n* I received a call back stating that the order was rejected once again and to call the provider.n* I called the provider and was informed the pharmacy changed the medicine code as they did not have the original medicine that I had been receiving and would locate the order at another store the order was then filled at the store, It is now six days after placing the order I finely have it.n* After being a customer of HEB Pharmacy for 25 years and of this store for ten I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a competitor.nn*

After being completely fed up with CVS, my wife and I changed over to HEB pharmacy in October. I only shop there for groceries so it made sense to me to use the pharmacy as well. No regrets! Love everything about this store.

Great prices in a clean store with lots of lighting and space to shop
