Very upset. Called in the morning to ensure a transfer and the ball was drop. I had to go to two separate store because they failed to communicate and cancel transfer. Very inconvenient since I live far. One trip turned into multiple trips. The young man that answered the phone the first time would have avoided this if he would have adjusted pick up time a bit early to avoid this. Didn’t even give me a choice! Very unprofessional and super inconvenient!

They hire inexperienced pharm tech who are clueless. Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru

Called in my prescription at noon to be picked up at 6 pm. Waited 20 min with a crying baby in the car. Very upsetnUpdate has been so much faster ! Friendly service too
