Bob at Mr Tankless responded quickly to my initial request for a quote, came out the next day and reviewed the job and provided a quote on the spot. Offered me a solution that replaced 2 water heaters with a single tankless with recirculation for a reasonable price. Job was done in 4 hours, his team was very professional, the work performed looks great. I would highly recommend Mr Tankless.
Bob with Mr Tankless has been great. He answered all my questions about tankless water heaters and then was able to install our system efficiently and on time. Mr. Tankless is the new patron saint of our neighborhood. After the Deep Freeze hit, dozens of us lost our water heaters. A few days later, Bob swooped in, going house to house fixing all of us up. He is quick, efficient, friendly and best of all -- WE CAN TAKE HOT SHOWERS AGAIN.
This is a follow up to an earlier review...Bob continues to be very responsive for any questions that I might have (even two years later). I can say that replacing our two aging water heaters in our attic with a single Rinnai has been one of the best decisions we made. It continues to perform as expected with no issues! Bob's knowledge and responsiveness to calls and texts (even two years later) continues to impress!
If you want a first rate company to install your tankless water heater, give them a call. Not only were they very responsive but they were professional, reasonably priced and very efficient.nI would recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement or upgraded hot water heater.
