Friendly and efficient. Was sent a text to notify me my suit was ready. It was spotless and perfectly pressed AND they made a couple of repairs which I didn't even ask for. Great job, will be back.

Protect Your Clothes!nnIf you like good clothes Jack Brown cleaners is the place to have them ruined. I don't think they understand the fact that buttons are supposed to stay with the shirt. I have lived all over the country and used many cleaners but none have been so good at breaking buttons. They are so good they usually leave half the button still attached to the shirt when you pick it up.nnOnce I dropped off a shirt with a broken button and they cleaned it again but didn't fix the button. This happened many times with many shirts. However with my last pick up one shirt was severely stained and another was torn from the bottom half way up the side. At first I thought it was a seam that failed but no, the tear was off the seam by a quarter inch. It had to take some effort to rip it and total ignorance to ignore it.nnI brought the shirt back and filled out the claim form and was told that I should fill in the actual amount that I paid for the shirt and I would get a check for that amount. Three weeks later the check arrived and they gave me $70 for a $92 shirt. They even kept the shirt.nnOh they did include a $10 coupon to entice me back.nnSo Mr. Paul and Jack T. Brown thanks for the effort but you may want to find an employee or two in corporate that know how to add.nnThe employees at this location where great and always friendly. However there are two other cleaners in the strip mall that will now have my business.
