This was my first time eating at this establishment, and it was okay, but I would like to thank one of the kindest employees I have ever met. She kindly asked for my order and even complimented me. We had a very nice conversation, and she was interested in everything I said. I did not catch her name, but she was blonde with a cute cheetah mask. Although, I found the boys making my fries to be quite irratible. The quality of my food was okay, but it is not worth the price.
I've been to 5 Guys many, many times. This was my first time at this location. As usual, the food and service was just as awesome as all the other locations I've been to. The only thing I could complain about was the amount of salt on the fries. I won't penalize them though, they were still FAR superior than the competition! Very clean restrooms, complete with actual paper towels. If you're in the area, PLEASE bypass In & Out and go here. They have NOTHING on 5 Guys!
Food is great, but don’t bother ordering online thinking your food will be ready when you get there. It won’t. They never start it until you physically show up and tell them you’re there. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time, but there you go.
EXCELLENT service from Nelson and Willie! I was terrified to go inside because it was right before closing on a Sunday night. I was greeted enthusiastically by Nelson who took my order. I ordered the veggie sandwich and fries well done. My food was prepared quickly, hot and fresh. Nelson explained to me he prepared my fries crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Great job Five Guys!
Always good. Always in point. Mmmhmmm.
