I was the guinea pig for the melt and was not well the next day because the chicken was not heated up properly
Ordered 3 sandwiches on line, when I went to pick them up they had run out of most things needed to make them. The manager wasn’t there, the cashier said to call or go back the next day. I went back the next day and still no manager, the same cashier said she would talk to the manager to issued a refund, this was two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been there 2 different times but apparently the manager is never there.
This is an AWESOME Subway! They are so friendly and courteous!!! I love it!!! I want to call them and say thank you but I know a good review will also work. Makaya and Lonnie were a great team and I'm so thrilled to know there's such a great team here right behind my house!! Go there today and let them help you, I'm very satisfied and hope that they are training others cuz they definitely have it down for customer service!! Thank you both!!!!
1st time visiting this location. Either the commercials are optical allusions, or false advertisements. My subs were very lacking in the main ingredients with exception of bread.
