Amazing. Not too busy and awesome staff. I've got no problems with this ghm!
Always clean and equipment maintained. Owner is accessible and on site. Helped me with membership thru my health insurance for seniors. I’m there 5 days a week and this gym meets all my needs.
I have showed up to this location multiple times now during staffed hours 10am - 5pm to start my membership. Each time I showed up at 4:15, rang the bell, and no one answered. I really wanted to go to this location as it is the most convenient to where I live, but unfortunately due to lack of professionalism, I will be going to the Cedar Park location instead.nnThe final time I tried to meet with someone here during staffed hours, a gym member let me know that the new owners are incredibly unprofessional and usually leave at around 3pm. If you are leaving this early, please post it on your website and on your front door so other potential members don’t waste their time like I did.
Alex, I asked to cancel my membership and I was confirmed over email that it was done but I'm still getting charged every month. I have been reaching out and no answer for months. I need payments to stop! Please do not go SILENT, I need to get answers, please respond to my emails !nn10/14 and just when I thought this was fixed.. I got an email from Anytime Fitness collection team demanding that I'm due on payments... amazing! They redirected me to the local Anytime fitness to have this fixed. Alex, I need this to be fixed it has been months since I cancelled and got confirmation/aknowledgement from you. This is just too much, many months and so much time invested on trying to cancel ( Not to mention many charges after cancellation) Please help!
