Michelle and Brandon are always friendly and helpful throughout the workout. They’re on the ball cleaning equipment after each station is used. I’ve been close to 200 times and I can’t recall a single time where I’ve performed the same routine at any one station so the workouts never get boring. I feel completely safe and would recommend them 100%!

Great gym. Full body workout in 30 minutes. Friendly staff that know how to push you without being pushy.

Jeffrey and Michelle make this a great place to workout. The 9Round kickboxing HIT training is always challenging. If you’re looking for a great cardio workout with kickboxing and HIT all in one 30 minute workout then this is the place.

I tried out 9rounds and signed a contract with Jared. I have an autoimmune disease (lupus) didn’t think it would flare up with the boxing but 3 weeks into working out my hands and joints were completely sore and swollen. I reached out to Jared in regards on how to get out of my contract because clearly the boxing with my joints wouldn’t be a good fit for me. He advised me that I needed a dr note to get out of my contract. I went to my dr got the note...and apparently my dr note still wasn’t valid enough. I am still getting billed and now he is stating I never cancelled my gym membership. I asked for the owners contact info but he refused to give it to me, I asked for corporate number and he stated he didn’t have their info. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with and Jared is completely unprofessional. Seeing as a dr note wasn’t a valid enough reason to cancel my membership and I was just charged another month for a gym I cannot use... I’d say you should definitely sign up here if you want to be a member at a place that cares more about their monthly earnings than their customers well being. The sad part about it all is that I actually enjoyed it here, if I was able to physically continue...seeing as no one has contacted me back and my dr note was valid enough hopefully today 3-5-2020 will be my written notice to cancel.
