This was THE BEST dry cleaning experience I have had since moving here... Even during COVID they are open every weekday without fail! The do all the cleaning on site - so it's not just a drop store which has no control over when the. clothes come back. They also have a drive thru so its super easy to pick and drop off after hours. I want call a shout out to Jessica and Madyson for doing a tremendous job of customer service! I highly recommend them as apparently they have been in business for over 20 years and are the official cleaners of the UT Longhorn band...
I used this cleaners for several years with no problems. I dropped off my dry cleaning and they refuse to compensate for the lost items. Ownership will not even return a phone call. I will be seeking a new place to do business.
Great first experience! Was a little nervous taking a batch of new clothing items that needed starching, but they handled our items with care! Courteous and professional staff. We’ll definitely be back.
Terrible dry cleaning. My jacket came back with b.o . I dont think they even did any cleaning.nEdit: the owner responded denying they cleaned it. I can firmly refute this!! The fact that I haven’t even got an apology should speak volumes!!nEdit: Again a total lie that they had my jacket for a month, when first denying that it was their cleaning!! Use them at your own risk!!! Enough said !!
The absolute best place for cleaning of delicate items. I took 12 silk blouses there and some very fancy dresses and they did an amazing job. Everything was done same day for no extra charge! They even loaded it all up in my car through the drive thru. I highly recommend them.
