The staff was great! They were fast, polite, and efficient. They explained the whole process and how I could drop off/pick up clothing if after hours. Just a stress free great experience. Also, the coat I had dry cleaned looks fantastic!
I use their Round Rock location. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Items are ready when promised and sometimes early. I definitely recommend all their services. I’ve used their dry cleaning and also their wash and fold. I’m a senior and their drive up valet service is very convenient.
Great customer service. They text to see if I want my clothes picked up, I leave clothes on front porch, they pick them up a d deliver a few days later. What could be easier??
Tide Cleaners is a bit further away than other cleaners, but i always make the drive! They are so polite and helpful! My clothes are done super quick, their text ahead express makes sure my clothes are pulled and ready when i walk in. I think they are well worth the drive and the cost, and I am very pleased with them overall.nnI usually have to visit about 2 times a month as my boyfriend works in an office environment where he has to dress up a couple times a month, so far after 18 months of using them and about 6 visits they have been a 5 star every time! I love the consistency of service.
What I love most is that my clothes never smell like chemicals.nnI like the convenient drop off. Delivery and pickup is available. They seem to have taken over for the MW Cleaners (Mens Warehouse Cleaners) experiment from a few years ago.
