Clothes are always cleaned nicely and ready for pickup at correct time but the customer service needs a little more touching up! Never once had a friendly smile and I go there 2 and 3 times a month. But I'm thinking about a change!
I have been using this cleaners for my boyfriend weekly for about a year. They’ve consistently given me the best service and on time pickup of my items. There was a moment for about a month or two where they had an inexperienced worker but they quickly identified the worker and their service skyrocketed back up to top-notch dry cleaning. Things happen and no one is perfect. My advice to everyone is if you’ve recently given up on them I’d reconsider trying them once again. If you don’t you are making a mistake.
Like their business, give first responders discount. One of a few that still give next day service during these difficult times.
Dry cleaning is less expensive and just as good as the other businesses.
They are great on pressing my jeans and the price is just right.
