Kyle K. and his trainee Joe were extremely thorough and efficient. During the cleaning process, Kyle asked open-ended questions and informed me about the overall cleaning process and procedures being worked out on my carpet. Both Kyle and Joe were very professional and speedy. They finished in 1-hour and 30 minutes cleaning 3 rooms, our stairs, and our kitchen grout. Thank ud83dude47ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fyou for doing an amazing job, leaving our home ud83cudfe1 in such an exquisite way!!! I will continue to refer my friends and family to further your business!!! We appreciate all of your hard work and service during these excruciating times. Thank ud83dude47 you for everything Kyle K. and Joe. (You both deserve 5-stars)!!!!!

I engaged the company because of the great reviews. For first timer, they offered a three rooms deal with free tile cleaning allowance. Not cheaper than others but I gave them credit from the reviews.nnI have a 3 year old house I just bought and very clean but I decided to clean it before I move in anyway. A very easy job. But the master bed have two small walk in closets off the bathroom which should be part of the master bedroom. The guy wanted to charge $40 extra to clean them as he considered they are extra rooms.I am sure if they are not separated by the bath area, it would be cleaned without charge. I only have very small tiled areas which are in master bed and another bathroom and are way under allowed area for free tile cleaning. Again. The guy wanted another $20 to clean it. For me, these are all within allowed limit. I feel the company just out to get more money from customer. Be aware if your closet is in the bathroom area, they will NOT clean it as part of the room. These extra charges gave me a very bad feelings. The company should have told customers in advance that they will charge separately for walk-in closets or separate tiled areas. I consider them did not live up to their promise and want others to be aware of this issue.

All of the reception I spoke with to set up the appointment with were very kind and helpful. Kyle was the technician and he let me know he was on his way and that he’d call to let me know when he was close. He was very kind and did a great job. He was timely also had a nice conversation with him. The only thing I would have to say that wasn’t very satisfying was the price. It is very pricey but as long as they stand by their work and the quality of what their process is that stands out against other companies it’s kinda worth it. Hopefully the price will come down. Ultimately though my carpet, sofa, and area rug are clean and that makes me happy.

Stephan and Joe (Joejoe) did a fabulous job. Stephan explained everything he was going to do and followed through. He also demonstrated how the different machines worked. I am very impressed with how careful they were. Very professional and personable. Stephan is very knowledgeable and it shows in his work ethic. I had the carpets, tole and wood floors cleaned. I will call on Zerorez again and tell others about your company.

The results were fantastic. The crew was very polite, professional, and thorough. I have 30+year old carpet, which were very soiled. They look great now and the stains are gone. I had most of the house done. The price was competitive and reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them highly.
