Always quick and done well
These people are great! I have been using them since I moved here in 2016. Quality work, quick turnaround.nnI was touched today because I needed clothes for a funeral this weekend and though it should have taken til Monday with normal drop off, he said it was no problem to turn them around in less than 24 hours.
Family owned and operated and the owners are always present. I have taken my clothes there for years and trust them totally after years of excellent, consistent results. I highly recommend!

WARNING...unfriendly and incompetent owners! Visited Alex Cleaners in Pflugerville TX looking to have two brand new dresses altered. The e-sign above the door streams “ALTERATIONS” however I found this to be false. Visited Friday and the Asian lady couldn’t explain to me their process so she called a man that spoke English. He asked that I come back on Saturday...so I did, wasting gas and time. I initially felt some way being that I entered, stood in an empty lobby w/o one person to greet or say hello! He took one look at both brand new business dresses and said “Oh this will take a lot of money and time”....repeatibgvthe money part. Not one attempt to help or even try! I felt insulted, as if I didn’t have money to spend. All of this for taking in 2 inches!? NEVER WILL I BE BACK. Rather go where my money will be appreciated....
