Awful experience with my wedding dress! I was told my dress would be ready in two weeks and almost four weeks later, when I hadn’t heard anything from them, I called and was told it was ready and I could come pick it up. I get there and the staff could not locate my dress, which was a $2500 dress with infinite sentimental value. After calling the owner and searching for 10-15 min, the staff finally brought it out and it still had not been cleaned. I should have taken my dress somewhere else at that point, but was told that the owner would “take care of me.” When I arrived to pick the dress up a few days later (I was never called and told it was ready, I had to call back to check), the owner argued with me over the phone when I had an issue paying the amount of the initial quote because the service I agreed to was not provided. Even though they were without power for a period of time, they should have at the very least valued their customer enough to update them on their delays... especially concerning a wedding dress!!! I am most shocked by his lack of professionalism as a business owner, instead of apologizing and insisting on making it right from the beginning (for the delays, the staff miscommunication, the lack of communication to the customer altogether, the EMOTIONAL TURMOIL regarding something so valuable) he just argued with me. Such a bizarre customer service strategy! I will not be returning.

Pflugerville Cleaners is the BEST! I’ve been a customer for 10 years and have, always, been treated with courtesy, fairness and professionalism. If you like clean clothes, you’ll use a Pflugerville Cleaners and recommend them as I am.

Have been going to this place for years. Wouldn't trust my dress shirts to be handled by anyone else! Plus, the owner even let me pick up my clothes after the store was closed, when he could have just turned me away. Can't wait to do business here for years to come!

Service above and beyond! Owner is really nice and down to earth. 25 years dry cleaning experience. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
