Gave my sheep's skin rug to clean. Not only did they NOT clean the thing, they also managed to completely f...it up and then basically said...we are sorry, it is what it is. We can try cleaning it again but at that point I had 0 confidence. Paid 27$ for nothing and left only to never come back.nDO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
This place poked 4 holes into my suit and then said that they didn't do it. I recommend not going to this place if you want dry cleaners done right.
Do not go to this dry cleaner. They will leave your shirts looking terrible and even burnt one of my western shirts beyond fixing.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Let me start out by saying I own a business and understand how important reviews are. I never, ever leave a poor review unless I find it absolutely necessary.nnI regret ever using this business. Trashy on the inside, no one speaks English (or Spanish!)and they lost one of my $70 shirts that I left with them to clean. No offer to replace it and told me I only dropped off 6 shirts after we both counted and I had a ticket for 7 shirts. Isn't that what a claim ticket is for, to make sure you get all your items back? They simply didnt care that my claim ticket was different from what I was picking up. I asked for replacement value of my shirt and they refused. Went to this cleaner out of convenience. I would never use them again if it was the last one left in town!
