Our two elementary-aged children have gone here for summer camp as well a few months of virtual schooling when it was offered earlier in the school year. The camp is mostly indoors but their facility has a large dojo area with cushioned floor to play many group games throughout the day and rooms in the back to do other smaller group activities (and useful during the virtual classes). Camp will have some outside water activities like water balloon fights and such. And during non-pandemic years they have shuttle vans to take the kids on short field trips. My kids loved last year and came back this year. Very attentive staff!

Every teacher here is amazing! They r very supportive, committed and highly recommended! Lucky to have them near my house. Thank You all for being there always! My kids loves to be there. He wants to go there everyday! The way they teach is amazing! We have tried many Kung Fu classes earlier, but nothing like this one! It seems to be family environment with great discipline here! ud83dude4fud83cudffcud83dude4fud83cudffcud83dude4fud83cudffc

This place is amazing! I joined their 6 week kickboxing challenge, and needless to say, I was not disappointed. From day one, they laid out all expectations, and they gave me all the tools I needed to succeed and reach my goal. All of the instructors were available at all times to answer questions and guide you through the process. They also do a great job of holding you accountable because they want to see you succeed. As for the actual kickboxing workouts, they push you to your limit. They are challenging workouts, but each instructor still makes it fun. The classes are 45 minutes, and they fly by each time. My favorite aspects about the classes are that each session is completely different. No workout is the same from a day to day basis, so you truly are getting a full body workout every single class. I also loved meeting new people each class. It’s a strong group to hold each other accountable and encourage each other. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new, challenging, and fun workout routine!

I took up Shaolin adult Tai Chi class as a way to gently start moving my energy and body again after a major surgery. I learned a lot in the one year I practiced tai chi about twice a week sometimes more or less. I believe it did help contribute to me getting my strength and mobility back along with my yoga and dance practices.nnI found myself constantly learning new movements and forms during class. I am grateful for the healing movements I learned. The masters are well versed in the forms and will make the forms accessible for beginners (...those thinking of taking up the practice keep in mind ..Tai Chi is a lot more deep and harder than it appears when you just watch it.) Thank you so much to both Master Danny and Duncan!✨✨✨And Thank you Shaolin Do for the wonderful year of training! Forever grateful!ud83dude4cud83cudffcud83dude4cud83cudffcud83dude4cud83cudffc✨✨✨✨✨ud83dude4fud83cudffcnnMy constructive criticism said with love ud83dudc9b...nI wish there was time allotted each class for accumulating energy. (Having a little more structure to class.) A little time each class where we simply either follow the instructor through simple movements or do a simple form every class like 24 as a warm up. This way we have a chance every class to really get into starting to work with energy and feel it and not just focus on learning something new. There is time for this request.:) instead of doing the what I felt were too deep of stretches for Tai Chi at the beginning of class ..(maybe those stretches are good for the Kung Fu practice where more dynamic movements happen) we could do simple joint rotations head to toe and then the suggestion above before going into learning new movements or forms.

I moved to Round Rock this summer to tutor my niece. I had no clue I’d run into the opportunity to join the Round Rock Kickboxing 6 week challenge. It just so happened to fall in the perfect time line of having to head home for this next school year to prepare my classroom. During these past few weeks I have gained a new confidence in myself. The trainers were supportive but also didn’t take any excuses. They pushed me to work hard and helped me be accountable for the things I ate. I gave it my all and followed the system and I feel like a million bucks!!! Everyone was wonderful and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It’s the perfect place to work on your health and fitness goals as a whole and it was a ton of fun! I’m excited for the journey ahead. Making this life style change is going to be the best thing for myself, my family and my students!!! Thanks for everything!
