The gym is a classic like straight out of generation iron!! Reminded me a lot of IAG in Compton Ct Fletcher’s place!! The kind of gyms Olympians are made in!!
Good warehouse gym
I love this place. I was so put of my league at the beginning and felt intimated, but everyone is nice, trainer Lu got me into the grove and I am happy. Dropped 20 pounds in 2 months. I like that I'm indoors but the big doors are open ... fresh air, sunlight ... the best of both worlds.
Great, Open Air and clean gym. It’s for everyone!
Don’t know if Lou still personal trains there or not. But he’ll take your money and run with it. Better use someone else. Also I understand it’s a hardcore gym, but this is the dirtiest metroflex of them all. With broken equipment 24/7.
