I’ve always had an issue with my weight fluctuating. I joined the gym in august and after the first week I knew it would be helpful. The classes are at good times so easy to make and the workouts are hard but doable and when you start getting easier you can crank it up. The most difficult part is the diet to me the dedication it takes shows hope much you really want it. The camp helps you and all you need is a strong will and you’ll hit your goal.
Great Fiesta Friday. Coach Jasmine is Awesome. Keeps you motivated through out the class to do your best. Makes you want to come to class consistently.
First off I would like to Thank all of the coaches and team members at the camp in Round Rock. for just helping me on my journey to a healthier lifestyle. As far as my experience goes at the camp in Round Rock I have had a great experience with do you workouts and everyone who works out there as well. The coaches and team members all their are very nice and supportive then any aspect that is needed. I am going into my second six weeks challenge and I am ready to get started And knock this second challenge out of the park. I would recommend the camp in Round Rock to anybody who is looking for a healthier lifestyle or just even to get a great Alright in.
When I first joined to do the 6 week challenge I really thought I was going to quit. I usually have a busy schedule and knew it was going to be hard to fit workouts as well as meal prep. The cut down on ingredients you can use was my biggest obstacle. As far a workouts, the first one of course was terrible since I had such a long time out of a workout routine. After the first week, classes really didn’t affect me much. It basically turned into a routine, which was great because I like a structured schedule. The coaches are friendly, what they care about the most it seems is that you try. They want to see you motivated and want to help you reach your weight goal. Fridays for me were always intense because of the coach. He always likes to throw in extra work in-between or what he calls “half times”.However, thanks to that I can now do squats a bit better. Another coach there is super energetic and always plays good music. Very talkative which makes you feel really involved and part of a great community. The last of the main coaches is a woman. She is definitely body goals. She is strong and looks like she can kick anyone butt, which is great. She’s super kind and understanding of people’s adjustments that might need to be done. If she sees you forgot what you were supposed to do she quickly re-shows you what to do. Since I have pretty bad eye sight, that helps a lot when I can’t read the board. The owners Jas and Lou are great too, they’ve gone through the program so they can relate to what you’re going through. They always cheer you on when you go to Monday weigh ins and see progress. Overall, my experience was good and the people joining are on the same boat. Same meal plan and workout plan. So you don’t have to worry about feeling judged. I’m looking forward to continue to work on my weight loss journey with their help.
Excellent trainers. The whole team cheer me up. From the first day I have gotten motivation for every class. It is a good facility and they follow the protocols to keep equipment clean, which is very important this time with Covid. So, they make me feel safe about this. The workout classes are tough but I can see and feel the results. Altogether makes me understand that I have a time to myself, challenging myself in every movement. After the first week, I have improved body shape. Now I want more, The Camp is my new habit. Now, no matter how bad could the day be, because at least I make a workout class at The Camp Transformation Center in Round Rock TX, and I fix it.
