20+ mins on hold and then they hang up. Called multiple times and same thing. I give up just arrest me it'll be easier
I agree that the front office staff is quite rude and act like you're bugging them. I came in to address tickets and wanted to contest 2 of them in order to get assistance (which I was not getting from the front office or DMV). She actually told me that wasn't the judge's job! I contested them anyways and will say this...the judge was VERY helpful and kind! That's why 3 stars. I definitely agree that your staff up front should be replaced! Unhappy people make other people unhappy!
I came in to resolve some court issues for my daughter at the court house in pflugerville. Lacey and jasmine were some of the rudest front office workers. Jasmine was on her phone the whole time, from when I walked in. when I walked up to the window a 2nd time Lacey acted like she was annoyed and sat at her desk and asked me what I needed instead of getting up coming to the window. I had to ask her could she come to the window. I hope I can get this all resolved so I never have to deal with them again. FYI when you are working for a business like this you should be more professional and respectful to people that are coming in and out of here.
The people who answer the phone hung up on me three times. How are people supposed to schedule a court date for a ticket when the customer service is this awful?
No help, rude and customer service could be way much better.
