They were incredibly responsive in a crisis, where others didn’t even call back. They were communicating with me after hours responding to all my questions and needs. Their services was quick, fast and professional. They didn’t have multiple added mark up in charge fees and operated as an ethical business. Thank you! We have HoT water again after two weeks of post winter apocalypse! Than you especially Kendrik for being so compassionate and helpful.

Diversified came out on a Sunday to get our hot water heater replaced so we could get back to normal after the winter storms. Very clear on costs and schedule. We will only be using Diversified going forward. Thank you!
