We had a new system installed over 1 week ago, but something wasn't quite right as the blower never shut off. We thought it was maybe the thermostat. Derek arrived and checked everything thoroughly, inside and out. He discovered the root of the problem and repaired it, explaining to us all that he did and why. We were very pleased with him and his work.

A huge thank you to Casey for coming out tonight and inspecting my A/C unit. Casey was very knowledgeable and personable. He was great to work with. He was able to diagnose the issues with my system and give me a quote for the repairs needed to get my system up and running again.

I was very impressed with the technician, Connor’s professionalism,nfriendliness and knowledge during his trip for A/C maintenance. Was able to answer our concerns as well as suggestions on how to better maintain the longevity of our unit.nI will definitely request Comfort Experts to send Connor for future services!!

Great experience. This is the second time I’ve used Comfort Experts to inspect our HVAC unit using one of their “specials.” Casey was fantastic- personable, knowledgeable and professional. Replaced a part we figured we needed done from our last inspection. At a reasonable rate. Very pleased, and would contact them in a heartbeat if needed for an emergency repair.

Keandre is a very nice young man. He explained everything he had to do. And even had to put up with my 2 cats racing around him when he turned on the machine. That was a funny sight! He is very polite. Even explaining some of the things he was fixing to do. We could use more people like him in the work place. Keep hiring men as nice as Keandre.
