I am African American and I am actually considering moving to Haslet because the people I have met and speak to on a regular basis all seem to be down to earth and really nice people and I don’t speed through the town so I have not had any dealings with the police but I think the people that work for the city are good people.

Had to swing into City Hall the other day and enjoyed the employees there. They were very nice and helpful. Nice up and coming town. Cheers!
Tarrant County Alarm (02/11/2020)
The city currently does not have it's own police department. All law enforcement, including traffic enforcement is handled by the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office.
