I called Richard when I wanted a custom anniversary band for my wife. I had no idea what I was looking for and Richard walked me through the whole thing. This might sound cheesy, but I mean it in all sincerity - Richard has such passion for his craft, I got excited just because he was so excited. It needed to be a surprise, but it also needed to be custom, so there were some logistics involved that made it complicated. But Richard was always looking out for me in the process. Long story short, he knew what I needed, even when I didn't and solved the little things that made the whole process awesome. Also, when it came to designing the ring itself, my wife really enjoyed working with him. I can't recommend Richard enough!

For Mothers Day, Richard came up with a unique necklace for us three daughters to give our Mom. It was in the shape of a tree with the birthstones for each daughter & grands on it. After mom passed, my son married, I took it back to Richard and he included his 3 into the tree. Richard is very creative and has beautiful stones to use. I will never take my jewelry any where else. His repairs are invisible. My sister brings her jewelry when she comes for a visit because she doesn't trust any one else to do what needs to be done to the pieces.
