The office staff is very experienced and their knowledge of the products and the needs of their clientele is top shelf. My agent is constantly monitoring my policies and lets me know when I need more or where I can save. In a world full of 800 numbers and never ending computer generated prompts it is a breath of fresh air to call or drop into my insurance agents office and handle my business face to face. Highly recommend this agency.
I’ve had multiple policies through this State Farm office, renters, life, auto, personal articles, auto loan and now homeowners! it’s always been easy to make changes or ask questions because there is someone in the office or available by phone Monday through Friday. Office manager is helpful , friendly and super knowledgeable about all insurance and bank products that State Farm offers.

My business partner and I were surcharging for a new insurance policy so we called State Farm insurance on Lake City Way near 145th. I got ahold of Zamin and she was supposed to get my business a 1 million dollar coverage, before charging my card I specifically asked if it was for the 1 million dollars because that’s the only reason we’re in operation is the policy amount. She let us leave under the impression that we were covered. So the next day I call to get the additional insured for our clients and it’s 300k.. So now I’m out Two days work and am now in search of new policy. Please take it from me this is not the place to go to for any insurance period.
